This blog is about the Lipscomb Cozumel team's experience during their spring break trip. It will be the 10th anniversary of Lipscomb's trip to the island but the mission of the week has remained the same throughout the years - to love on the kids, encourage the church, and be Jesus in the community.
Some of the main things the team does throughout the week: lead VBS and ESL lessons for the kids, host a carnival in the Cozumel community, meet with the members of the church to encourage them, and serve by doing work projects on the Ciudad campus. This is a very relational trip and the goal for the team is to love - showing what it looks like to be a follower of Jesus.
